I’ve been in occupational medicine for more than four decades, and this hasn’t changed: most employer decisions take longer than reps expect, and most opportunities are lost because people stop too early or push in the wrong way.

What I’ve seen repeatedly, especially during the first Occ Med Growth Cohort, is that the reps and teams who make progress aren’t louder or more aggressive. They’re clearer. They ask better questions. And they follow up with intention instead of anxiety.

That’s what the cohort is built around.

It’s a small‑group, applied program where participants work week by week on:

  • How they open employer conversations

  • How they uncover real needs

  • How they decide when and how to follow up without damaging trust

If you want a short introduction to this way of thinking, our upcoming Occ Med Sales Office Hours on February 12 will give you a snapshot, specifically around outreach cadence and persistence.

 February 12th

 10 a.m. Pacific | 1 p.m. Eastern

If you’re already convinced your team needs a more reliable way to handle employer conversations, the next Occ Med Growth Cohort begins February 25.
