Questions
A laptop or desktop with a current browser. The event runs in Airmeet — no software to install. You'll get your personal entry link by email before the event.
No. Your entry link is tied to the email address you registered with, and it only lets one person in. Everyone attending needs their own registration or team seat.
One link, both days. The conference runs as a single event, so the same entry link gets you into Thursday and Friday.
After checkout you'll get a short form to send us each attendee's name and email. We add them to the platform and each person gets their own entry link. Send it in by September 12 so nobody is scrambling on the morning of.
Yes. Everyone who registers gets access to recordings of the sessions in their track, so a scheduling conflict doesn't cost you the content.
Day 2 is accredited through CE Source. Day 1 is not offered for credit. Credit type and hours will be posted here as accreditation is finalized.
You claim it yourself through CE Source. When Day 2 wraps we'll email you an authorization code and the steps: go to yourcesource.org, create a free profile or log in, choose Claim CE Credit, enter the code, confirm the hours you attended, and complete the evaluation. Your certificate is available to print or email immediately after that.
You have 45 days from September 18 to claim — the window closes November 2, 2026. Questions about claiming go to [email protected].
No. Non-members are welcome at the non-member rate. If you join NAOHP before registering, the member rate applies immediately — and often more than covers the difference.
Enough that the vocabulary isn't new. If you already see work injuries, handle DOT exams, or have completed the NAOHP Occupational Medicine Provider Course, you're in the right room. If you're starting from zero, take the course first — graduates get a $100 off Day 2 code in the course discussion group.
